The Power of Doing Nothing

In our busy modern world, we are urged to hustle, optimize, and be productive every moment. However, this pursuit of activity can be detrimental to our health and well-being. Research suggests that embracing periods of rest and daydreaming is essential for our well-being. In fact, research indicates that doing less, sometimes nothing, can actually lead to greater productivity and creativity.
